About the event
Meet at 9:15 at Dunkin Donuts 5641 Clark Road (SR-72) Sarasota, just west of I-75 exit 205. Coffee break and restrooms.
Coming in off I-75 Dunkin is just a bit after two traffic lights off of the interstate westbound SR-72, on the right (north) side of the road. Park in bank parking lot next to Dunkin. We will depart Dunkin Donuts at 9:30 am.
Drivers coming from south or running late meet at 10:00 am at Ideal Classic Cars 2224 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice (exit 193 / Jacaranda Boulevard. Upon exiting, bear right on Jacaranda and proceed 5 miles to US-41. At US-41 turn right and then shift to the left-hand lane as soon as possible. Ideal Classic Cars will be on the left, after the Chevrolet dealership, as the road turns to head north into Venice. Check out Ideal cars and restrooms. We will depart Ideal Classic Cars at 10:15 am.
Bring your picnic lunch and lawn chair! Our tour will take us along some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and then we will stop for a shady picnic lunch.
